Job Summary:
Develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective involvement in Business Development activities in the given Industry / Market by ensuring optimal growth for the services / products, in accordance with Organizational targets set.
To meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling through established selling techniques, product service & long term client relationships by taking all solutions and consultative sales approach to ensure clients' needs are accurately met.
To provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction is of the highest level. Determine an efficient communication procedure to alerting account management teams of issues that impact client delivery or service.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and writing. Experience in talking to US/European people over phone is an added advantage.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and generate and close qualified sales leads.
- Young, enthusiastic, passionate and a burning desire to achieve and excel.
Job Description:
- Will Involve in Business Development activities by generating Qualified leads, running opportunities to closure by self for Services on Enterprise Solutions (ERP/ CRM etc.) and Online Data Sales including Data Appending, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, Data Search, Data Hosting – globally (Majorly US market).
- Will be a part of business generation team and Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Would be involved into activities such as (not limited to) , Lead Generation, Cold calling, RFP/RFQ, Proposal Preparation , Outbound sales, New strategies to increase sales.
- Would be involved into activities such as (not limited to) Pre- sales / Online Marketing/ Email Marketing/ Database selling
- Additionally, you should have the ability to build connections with C-level / VP / GM level executives and have a solid grasp of successful industry specific Sales strategies.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have had prior B2B sales experience with selling products based solutions to US Market.
Good to Have:
- Should have at least 1.5 years of experience in Inbound/outbound Sales team (IT Products or IT Services).
- 2 - 4 years of previous enterprise software sales experience either in Field Sales (Hunters rather than Farmers) or Inside Sales (from prospecting stage to closure) / Offshore Business Development.
