Mandatory Skills:

  • Exposure in managing international clients, RFI/RFP’s responses, ensuring proper answers to questions and driving review.
  • Experience in Lead development of email programs, list segmentation and detailed reporting system for email campaigns.
  • Experience in exploring and developing new markets, identifying customers, brand promotion, IT services and solutions, accelerating growth and achieving desired revenue goals for US region.
  • Holds the distinction of interfacing with cross functional team for technology related sales and technology discussions.
  • Knowledge in streamlining policies, procedures and processes to meet current challenges of industry.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for account on-boarding, mailing infra setup and initiation of warm up plan.
  • Worked on HTML and CSS to optimize the mailer code for Email Campaigns
  • Worked on DNS, Mail Bounce handling.
  • Worked on Linux, MTA configuration file and error resolution on MTA to optimize the performance.
  • Responsible for various report generation using My SQL database, application and Excel (MIS).
  • Worked with the return path tool specially designed to optimize the performance of email delivery of various clients.
  • Responsible for manual system testing, and checking and scanning e-mail content, suggesting and implementing best practices and methods of E-Mail Marketing to clients.
  • Mail Infrastructure setup for new clients, MTA server configuration on Linux.
  • Creating Configuration file
  • Creating Virtual MTA for mailing activity assigning IP’s on relay servers
  • Creating source for white listing the IP's for transactional/promotional/e-commerce mailing.
  • Working on IP Management for blacklists, reputation
  • Working on Mx-Toolbox Tool
  • Checking Logs for relaying and bounces of mails.
  • Working on clearing cache memory of the DNS, reloading MTA, solving different errors of MTA.
  • Working on DNS, Mail Bounce handling.
  • Setting of PTR, PTF, A, MX Records in DNS.
  • Adding the SPF (Sender policy framework) and DKIM (Domain Key Identified Mail) Records.
  • Setting up FBL, SNDS and JMRP as per best mailing practices.
  • Helping clients to deploy email deliverability services by acting as a liaison between Client and the team
  • People and Team handling skills (listening, determining needs, establishing cooperative working relationships, setting goals and tasks for team and meet the tasks and goals in given timeline).
  • Responsible for handling daily requests from all regions.
  • Development of Campaign centric / Product centric Micro Sites
  • Responsibility to co-ordinate with clients and giving them technical support and assistance on Email-Deliverability, HTML design and Strategic's application and advance features.
  • Conducting Email Deliverability technology workshops with clients to help them to generate better results out of their email campaign.
  • End to end Email marketing processes from ideation to execution
  • Functional Technology Consulting General- Developing Solutions Digital Marketing with CRM and Email campaigns.
  • Track record of supporting successful demand generation programs (Affiliate Email Marketing CPM,CPC) with breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, reporting & analysis
  • Project management skills, strong communication with the ability to present findings to multiple levels.
  • Doing R&D on other ESP’s panel, analyzing the headers of the email , R&D on ISP changes (New Unsubscribe, Pre Headers, Automatic Enabling of Images, Tabbed Inbox preview pane in the inbox)
  • Creating relationships with ISP by setting FBL’s and applying for whitelisting, management of reputation, blacklists
  • Working in close loop with marketing team to publish blogs, collaterals and PPT on E- Mail deliverability Best Practices of E- Marketing, Best Practices of HTML design, new changes by ISP’s, etc.
  • Taking care of complete IP Management and Infrastructure Reputation Management
  • Responsible for complete end to end mailing of various clients (Enterprise and SME)
