Job Summary:
Will be responsible for Sourcing/scheduling of profiles/candidates from various Sources (not limited to Job Portals/ Social media, Targeted search and Head hunting) to ensure all open positions are closed within the given time frame. Must have Passion towards Recruitment.
Job Description:
- Collect Approved Man Power Requests from the Hiring manager.
- Should be an active member on Social media and be an expertise in Competitive hiring /similar industry/Company Hiring is an added advantage.
- Coordinate for the Job Descriptions if not available for these positions, get the Salary Range, if possible Job Dimensions also & get the same approved by the Hiring Manager.
- Source CVs' through Job Portals Database or Post Hot Job Ads' for the required positions.
- Read & Sort CVs' from Job Portal Databank or CVs. Received. From Hot Job Ads.' or Referred CVs database etc., shortlist & schedule them for preliminary interview.
- Incorporate Domain Tests, Analytical Ability Tests, Written Communication Skills Test, email Communication Skill Test etc. based on the relevancy of the position & process, invigilate the answers, shortlist candidates for HR Interview.
- Conduct Preliminary Interview from HR cross check the data communicated through CV in person, read in-between the lines, identify the correctness & factuality of the data in CV. & document it in the Interview Observation Form and Shortlist & schedule the candidates for Line Personnel Interview.
- Co-ordinate the interviews between candidate & Line Personnel, get the impressions of line personnel on Interview observation form with date & signature for further short listing & scheduling for final round of interaction with HR.
- Have final round of interaction with shortlisted candidates; accommodate them in the right slot based on Grids & Grades and the expectations of the Candidate.
- Coordinate with the Hiring Manager and the Concerned HR to release the Offer to the shortlisted candidate.
- Inform Network Team for Computer System & Accessories.
- Inform Facilities & Operations Team for Work Station & other accessories.
- Keep in touch with the candidate till the candidate joins Strategic. In case of change of date of joining of the candidate, should do the follow-up for the rescheduled date of joining.
- Contribute & Build Database w.r.t. their respective process positions while interactions with candidates info. related to employee benefit programmes in other corporate, interesting projects, metrics, best practices, C&B Data, reporting systems, Rewards & Recognitions, novel procedures, systems etc. thereby contributing towards knowledge management Inventory of the Strategic (document the same & mail it, or post it to the Central Repository)
- Organize for decoration of the Work Station of The New Hire, with Joining Kit, Employee Handbook & Job Description Document.
