Position: Senior Campaign Manager
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate/Diploma with Technical Background
Mandatory Skills:
- Email Marketing knowledge is necessary. Must be knowing of all the dynamics of email marketing.
- Technical knowledge of email servers, email campaign tools and delivery mechanism.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with hardware and software issues.
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong Coaching skills
- Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software.
Job Description:
- Handling all campaign and verification process.
- Handling the team who are reporting to him.
- Make sure that team achieves the given targets monthly, quarterly and yearly by Empowering the team with necessary needs.
- Reviewing and reporting the goals weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Competitive analysis, Research on new thing happening in the online world.
- Research on new tools available in the market.
- Planning, budgeting and acquiring new technical resources available in the market.
- Addressing the team members needs, team issues and co-ordinating with other teams so that work going smoothly.
- Team motivational activities.
- Team members progress review, salary review, helps them to achieve their goals.
- Addressing the technical issues with campaign execution.
- Building the training module and train the juniors.
- Reviewing the infrastructure monitoring like domains, servers, tools are up and running most of the time.
- Addressing spam issues. Advice the team members how they can avoid those kind of situations.
- Focus on email quality initiatives.
- Deciding on acquiring the new talents.

Immediate Requirement :
Walk-in between 2:00 PM on to 7.00 PM IST on weekdays to attend the interview
