Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate/Diploma with Technical Background
Mandatory Skills:
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with hardware and software issues.
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong Coaching skills
- Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.

Job Description:
- Making necessary things to execute the campaigns, monitoring and reporting campaign.
- Training juniors to handle all campaign management & campaign coordinator roles & responsibilities.
- Making our campaign process more effective to improve delivery rate, generate more leads and improve conversion rate by rolling targeted campaigns.
- Taking care of all the possible measures to avoid SPAM problems.
- Learning web server / mail server / application server concept and administration with senior respective team members.
- Verification of the email lists provided by Process Team , Data Champions Team, Customer Service Team & Database Team for improving the delivery rate.
- Focus on Data / Network Security.
- Support for Desktop as well as Network related issues.
- Creation of Users / Working on Mail Server.
- Checking of Remote Server (Internal / External / Verification Servers) & making the payments for the same.
- Interviewing the Candidates for the 1st Round for Technical / Campaign Team
- Provide end user support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Provide training to juniors in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.
- Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.
- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
- Supervise and coordinate with team engaged in problem-solving, monitoring, and installing of software.
- Ensure all campaign and program activity is delivered in-line with the agreed strategy and plan
- Assimilate and provide performance results, analyses and recommendations to internal teams.
- Hand Holding the professional Development for self & Team.
- Good in People Management Skills.
(*Note: candidate willing to work in Night shift *)

Walk-in between 2:00 PM on to 7.00 PM IST on weekdays to attend the interview
