Job Description:

  • Market product to certain clients and consumers.
  • Help company achieve objectives and revenue goals.
  • Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
  • Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
  • Work with product management team to ensure process is efficient.
  • Lead teams in developing and defining business requirements for retention products.
  • Work with suppliers and regional marketing teams to deliver quality products.
  • Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
  • Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Create advertisements, webcasts, websites, and direct mail.
  • Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions.
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Develop and track budgets.
  • Measure success of various marketing campaigns.
  • Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for One your products
  • Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute
  • Develop the core positioning, messaging and segmentation for our products
  • Develop sales support tools including launch collateral
  • Responsible for customer facing system documentation
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Help define product pricing and SKU strategies
  • Market Intelligence – expert on buyers and competition, new markets investigation
  • Develop highly tailored content for presentations, demonstrations, datasheets, white papers.
  • Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations as needed to support analyst, partner, and prospective customer meetings.
  • Act as a leader and facilitator within the company
  • Vendor management & Partnership skills
