We ensure to hire the most appropriate individual for a given opportunity. Our recruiter may contact you if your CV/resume suits our requirement. Based on the initial discussion you may be called for a face to face interview with the recruiter, who will discuss your experiences and interests at a deeper level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work with Champion InfoMetrics. Once you clear the recruiters round, you will follow a 3 step process before you get the final offer. Please note: Clearing each round is important to proceed to the next round.

Round 1: Written Test which comprises of an aptitude round (that includes English grammar, mathematics, and basic logical reasoning) and email writing test.

Round 2: HR Round to check your experience, minimum requirement, culture fitment, Salary negotiation, etc.

Round 3: Team/Business Leader who will look for the ability to perform the job. Once you clear all the rounds, you will be informed on the joining date. Your recruiter will call you to explain you regarding the joining formalities and start date.
