Educational Qualification:

MBA/Any management course related to HR

Job Description:

• Manage the Strategic Marketing Services email calendar
• Serve as liaison with key cross-functional partners
• Attend weekly event meetings to assist in email planning
• Assist Marketing Planning Operations (MPO) to verify accuracy of promotion details and gain internal approval of emails
• Ensure that the final creative matches campaign specifications
• Proof and test email marketing campaigns for accuracy and functionality
• Create segmentation queries by using internal data resources to filter and target email users
• Perform A/B tests on email content and subject lines
• Schedule and send approved marketing emails
• Develop, maintain and distribute email campaign reporting
• Identify and develop new email capture opportunities
• Work closely with the Email Marketing Program Managers to improve and grow sales and engagement
• Assist in building and maintaining automated email programs
• Assist with additional email and CRM projects as needed
