Educational Qualification:
B.E | B.Tech | Masters in Security Management | Relevant Certifications to the profile
Mandatory Skills:
- Implement, maintain, and upgrade, as needed, applications, servers, routers, firewalls, management tools, performance tools, and security.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Windows 2003 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, IIS and Windows XP in a client/server environment.
- Coordination with outside vendors or VARs (e.g., repair, maintenance * ISP s).
- Microsoft Exchange 2003/2008 in an Enterprise environment spanning multiple sites and Active Directory Trees.
- Set up, install and performance tune Microsoft SQL 2000 and 2005 in an Enterprise clustered and non-clustered environment
- Server clusters and clustered applications.
- Storage area networking infrastructure.
- Server virtualization infrastructure.
- Setup and maintain gigabit switches, routers, and load balancing equipment, VPN servers, SNMP network management a must. Experience in deploying and supporting Routing protocols.
- Experience in VPN tunneling, IP sec.
- Proactive monitoring and tuning of systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation, monitoring for Service Level Objectives. Make recommendations to improve overall network and systems performance.
- Perform regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries.
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Remote support and on-call hours may be required for critical tasks.
- Ability to coordinate projects such as software upgrade rollouts, server upgrades, applications rollouts, new setups etc.
- Write and/or modify basic scripts to automate systems administration tasks.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Evaluate, test, and deploy software and hardware upgrades and maintenance to the server/network infrastructure/virtualizations.

- Secondary duties as assigned:
- System & network team administration, training & reporting.
- Documentation for all the process, PMS & industry standardization implementation's.
- Security audit, action plan to improve the same & reporting.
(*Note: candidate willing to work in Night shift *)
Immediate Requirement :
Walk-in between 2:00 PM on to 7.00 PM IST on weekdays to attend the interview
